Meditative walks, Kundalini yoga, meditations & chants.
Recharge your batteries, walk and meditate in the middle of nature in naturally sacred places.
In a warm, caring atmosphere, and in a friendly family setting, all the activities of the retreat will be guided by the same intention: “Awaken the spark, live life, rise, share, step by step, with Kundalini Yoga and meditation, in kindness to the planet and all living beings. The retreat takes place in an eco-retreat centre where a small and welcoming yogic community lives.
You will practice Kundalini yoga each morning. A powerful and energizing yoga. You will also be guided in the nature, in the surroundings, there are menhirs, beautiful views, big trees, many rocks and the deep silence of the nature to walk, meditate, sing, connect, come back to the source, come back to yourself… At the end of each afternoon, you will be invited to follow a gentle, rebalancing yoga practice through deep relaxation, meditation and mantra chanting.
Karan Shiva Kaur has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for over 11 years. She has had the honour and pleasure of teaching since 2013. She is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (2018) and continues to train daily in the Gur Prasaad School of Life with Sat Atma Kaur Khalsa. She is also an artist, holding a PhD in Fine Arts. The making of mala presented itself to her in the union of these two disciplines. The practice of this yoga has sustained her, transformed her, and opened the doors to a larger, more serene, more joyful, balanced world. It has given her the strength to affirm who she really is, to know what she wants and to reject what does not belong to her. It is for these various reasons that she wishes to transmit this knowledge, to allow you in turn to take the reins of your lives, so that you can truly believe in your uniqueness, in your beauty, in your strength and in your invincibility. As you will have understood, this practice is above all individual. But by allowing you to build and affirm yourself as a happy and free human being, it becomes a collective project that unites us all to make a better world for ourselves and for this earth.
